Unselfishly, you left your fathers and your mothers, you left behind your sisters and your brothers. Leaving your beloved children and wives, you put on hold, your dreams and your lives. FREEDOM was the gift that you unselfishly gave pain and DEATH was the price that you ultimately PAID!!!!! Everyday, GIVE the utmost admiration to those who had fought to defend our nation.

Brothers and Sisters,

I have accepted a position with the International as an national organizer. I have resigned my position as your BA/VP on August 19th. I started my new position on that same day. Tom Whooley has been appointed by Brother Legotte to fill my spot. He is a great choice. Plus, he is the same size as me LOL

I would like to THANK all of my Brothers and Sisters for all of your support over the last 17 years. I have been an executive board member since 1996. Man, time flies. I have had the HONOR and PRIVILEGE of representing you guys as your BA/VP for the past 11 plus years. I tried my very best for you and your families everyday. I really did!

God Bless Local One and all my Brothers and Sisters!!!!

Thank you  Thank you   Thank you

Freddie

I want to thank everyone for coming out and enjoying a great day at the picnic. We had an amazing day and an even more amazing turnout. I know a lot of people were discouraged last year when we didn't have the picnic but I cannot tell you how great it feels to know we have come back in full force! I would like to thank all of my brothers and sisters on the picnic committee, you guys are amazing. I would like to give a special thanks to Sue Noble and John Hook, without you there is no way this day would have gone as smooth as it did. I always knew we were a strong union and after this weekend there is no doubt in my mind that we are the strongest.  Our strength begins and ends with our membership and I think our membership has spoken. In moving forward I hope we can continue to grow this event and make it an important tradition for our families. I have never been more PROUD to be a Local One Elevator Constructor!

Brother, John Manning
