I am so disgusted with all emmanys lies, i dont even know what to say anymore...BUT PLEASE THIS IS TO ALL LOCAL 1 MEMBERS....DONT GIVE IN STAY STRONG... It has been 9 weeks since EMANY locked us out. From day one they have shown the lack of respect they have for us. They send letters to their customers filled with lies about us and our situation.Our leaders from day one have done everything possible to negotiate in good faith but EMANY has not done the same. EMANY will try and have their customers believe that our leaders are not willing to negate and keep walking away from the table. Emany tries to have their customers believe that they have skilled replacements and everything is under control. Their lies are beginning to catch up to them. Customers are realizing what we have said from the beginning. We are a highly skilled trade that is not easily replaceable and we are willing to work. We are not on strike, we are locked out by the leaders of EMANY. We have done an excellent job of educating our customers about the truth to our labor dispute. When this is done and over with EMANY will still have their hands full. Their customers will no longer have any respect for them because of their constant lies to them about the lock out . They have lost the trust of their customers and this is a burden they will deal with for a very long time.

A big thank you to all of the locals around the country who are supporting us in the current fight against corporate greed.   Also, thanks to our Negotiating Committee - please stay the course.   We are proud of you.

Dear Brothers & Sisters:

The lie used to be from Otis, we need Local One, IUEC's help to fight local 3 IBEW elevator companies.I hated it, but they were the only big company without a Local 3 IBEW company.  So when  Local 3 IBEW elevator companies were being flipped into Local 1 like Milliar and Flynn Hill and it started to look like the phony union competition was about to go away and maybe just maybe we could get a real raise in our salaries. So what does the liar (otis) do, they buy a bunch of Local 3 companies and keep that make believe elevator union alive. So it keeps all elevator union workers wages low in New York City.

So now the lie is we needs this contract to fight the non union companies.

OTIS the liar:  Has hired non union elevator companies to actually do their Gen Brushes.

That's how lazy and stupid these new bosses are with OTIS.

How do you know when EMANY is lying, their lips are moving.

The bigger the company the bigger the liar.

Monday is a big day. These fags are hurting with all the work they are losing and we know it. Now that we can take annuity money and some guys are getting unemployment I say lets not be so fast to lower our demands. I would like to "tax" these idiots for screwing with us and when they decide to come around we should take one more week to hit them in the pocket or in this case purse. majority does rule so lets see what happens.

Thank you out of town locals for your support. I had such a feeling of pride the other night when ray was reading the list of all the cash coming in. I know you have done alot but you can help your fight in the future by slowing down right now. and when that super hits you with that "can you do me a favor" line tell him no favors for gutless bitches.

And now to our elected officers, thank you so much for all you have done. seeing you guys out there fighting the fight side by side with us is very uplifting. Ray you were the right man for the job take no crap from those little girls and always remember you find out who is who when the heat is on.

EMANY sucks

We should make sure the contract date is the date the contract is ratified.  It is a lot harder to play tough guy on May 25.  The summer is our friend.   7-7-7.  Stay strong.                                                                        

To all the Locals thank you so much for all your help. We at Local 1 will never forget and will be there in anyway in 2007 for you. That is when the 3 big *&$%# will be after you. I know that Monday we will be going in there to get a fair contract lets hope the they will be there to do the same. I have seen what they are doing and it is not what they say in there letters. I am very proud to be an elected official of this great union and to be there for all the members and there families. We will win this fight.

 I would like to thank the Brothers and Sisters from around the country for their support. We do appreciate it. I would also like to thank Ray and the negotiating committee for their time and effort.Thank you to the Brothers and Sisters for helping with our medical.  Lets not forget that we could , and should have been working while negotiations were going on. EMANY chose to flex their muscles by LOCKING us out. Their reasons were weak, lame, unforgettable. Do they have any idea the repercussions they have reaped on themselves? If, and when we do go back, they have totally lost our respect for them. Was it worth it?

 They have tried to make things hard for us. Cobra, annuity, fighting to have unemployment held back from us. They have made this personal. We should not settle for less than what we have started for, and deserve. Now that unemployment has kicked in, annuity loans, the summer approaching, lets not short change ourselves. Hello to all my brothers and sisters.  I would like to express my gratitude to all those who have donated funds to our lockout. This is the time for all of us to stay strong and united. In the coming years other locals may be facing the same situation and we will be asked to help them. Thanks again for all the support.

Hopefully, tomorrow emany will come to the table willing to listen and respond to our negotiating committee. These guys are working really hard to get us the contract we truly deserve.
