Good afternoon Brothers
Two dates to put aside.
First Date: 17 November 2010 Elevator Constructor Lunch Location to be determined
For the Brothers who weren't able to make the last luncheon, you missed a great time and the food @ the Country Club was fantastic. We hung out for about 2 1/2 hours telling war stories from our many years in the Elevator Business. Try & make it on the 17th - we want to hear your stories.
Second Date: 18 November 2010 Shriners Golf Tournament @ Inverness Country Club 1230 Shot Gun Start
The Shriners have invited us again, to join them @ their monthly golf tournament. $46 includes green fees, prizes and a Prime Rib Dinner that will knock your socks off, following the tournament. The high season is approaching real fast and foursomes will fill up quickly. Let me know well in advance, so I can reserve enough slots for us. If something comes up, you can always cancel. FYI, the handicaps vary from 10 to 36, so don't be bashful. I played this tournament last year and the Prime Rib is about 2 inches thick & covers the whole plate. Took half of it home for dinner the next day. I also got lucky and won $56 in skins.
Any questions or ideas on either the Luncheon or the golf tournament, do not hesitate to drop an email.
Play safe and stay out of mischief
Frank

Comments: At the October meeting I was fortunate enough to be nominated for the position of Local one Examining Board. I would like to thank the gentlemen who took their time out of their day to come down and do that for me. Also would like to thank the others who volunteered to do the same. I believe these men were so eager to do this because they know I was up there for the right reasons. I truly believe in this organization and what it stands for. I would be fortunate to share my beliefs and pride with other members within. I am running for this position as an independent candidate. I have no ties or loyalties to any one person. My only loyalties are to the organization itself. Thank You, Joe Harrison Card # 192
